The stuff with the class is going a little bit better, although the class is almost technically over and I'm still behind. Luckily it's a go at your own pace sorta deal. Just need to spend some time getting busy. It's been very enlightening and freeing. And I've found a lot of support and new artist friends. Which is cool.
I'm ready to start finishing some of the paintings I had in progress before I started this class. Thinking I need to get the "Thunder" canvas out of the closet and start working towards finishing that. Especially now that I have a different view on how things need to look. Maybe I can salvage it after all. I had thought kind of all was lost when I worked on it last. I didn't like where it ended up and I was frustrated. To put it mildly. Other that... life is, well, life I guess. Some things are great. Some things are crappy.

I was so excited to start this class, and now that it's started I'm struggling to participate. But I'll pull through and get it together. I'm planning on getting busy this weekend and catching up. Excited to get my hands dirty.
